Shipping Methods

GENERALLY

Iteshop.gr orders are shipped to most destinations in Greece, always with an optimal combination of consistency, speed, security and cost. The delivery time of your purchases depends on a combination of many factors. First and foremost is the availability of the product, the shipping method you choose, the destination you wish the delivery to take place, and the absence of force majeure, extreme weather and/or strikes.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

- Deliveries throughout Greece from 1 to 5 working days to your location:

It is important to know that the delivery time frame (1 to 5 working days), applies to all orders successfully entered in our system until 12:00. For all subsequent successful orders, the delivery period starts from the next working day.

Our system considers as a given shipping address the already registered address of the user during the membership registration process. If you have changed your address and neglected to update our system, iteshop.gr bears no responsibility for the delays that will occur in the delivery of your orders. In any other case, i.e. when the recipient's address does not coincide with the member's address, please fill in the following information in the respective fields:

- Name and surname of Recipient

- Country, Prefecture and City of residence

- Address, Region and Postal Code

- Recipient's contact phone number

- Additional notes (eg call us to come down and don't ring the bell, leave the package at the next store, etc.)

All shipments to the rest of the region (Mainland Greece & Islands) are also carried out through a transport agency. In remote and/or inaccessible areas there may be delays.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

In case you wish to have your orders delivered in a shorter time than the available shipping methods, please contact us so that we can inform you of your options and the possible shipping costs that may arise.
